Position Overview
We’re looking for coachable, ambitious sales professionals to join our team. As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll connect with pre-qualified leads, conduct needs-based assessments, and help clients secure the best-fit policies — all over the phone. With access to 20+ top carriers, you’ll be fully equipped to succeed.
Responsibilities
✓Call leads provided through vetted vendors (no cold calling)
✓Consult with clients to assess their life and health insurance needs
✓Present and sell policies via phone consultations
✓Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-ups
✓Maintain strong client relationships
✓Attend virtual training and team meetings
✓(Optional) Recruit and mentor new agents as you grow
Qualifications
✓Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
✓Excellent communication and active listening skills
✓Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
